Home & Property
Networks

Core Service All Properties
Fig. 01 · Topology Primary · Residence A Main · Residence B Guest · C
Residence network · multi-property topology

Your home network is the foundation everything else runs on — yet most are designed by the installer who happened to be available.

We design, deploy, and manage networks that deliver seamless connectivity across your primary residence and any additional properties. Every network is built for capacity — streaming, smart home, security cameras, home offices, guest access — without the dead zones, reboots, or "have you tried unplugging it" conversations.

Each installation is documented, labeled, and monitored continuously. Your network becomes a system we operate on your behalf — not a black box you inherited.

What's included

  • Full-property wireless coverage design
  • Enterprise-grade access points and switching
  • Segmented networks (family, guest, IoT, staff)
  • Firewall and intrusion detection
  • Remote monitoring and proactive maintenance
  • ISP liaison and redundancy planning
  • Multi-property management
  • Wiring coordination with contractors

Global
Traveller

Anywhere Priority Support
Fig. 02 · Itinerary HOME · RESTORE POINT LHR DXB SYD NRT Supported anywhere · Restored in hours

Lose a laptop in Heathrow. Crack a phone in Tokyo. Get locked out of email mid‑flight. We're already on it.

Our clients travel — often, sometimes suddenly, and rarely with time to troubleshoot. Global Traveller is built around a simple premise: you shouldn't have to think about technology the moment something goes sideways on the road, and you shouldn't have to wait until you're home to get working again.

Before you leave, we prepare your devices — encrypted, backed up, and pre‑cleared for the jurisdictions you're heading into. While you're away, we're reachable by phone, text, or email, with a named technician on call across time zones. If something breaks, is lost, or is seized, we can source a replacement device, restore your data from our secure backups, and have you signed back into email, cloud, and essential apps — typically within hours.

What's included

  • Pre‑trip device preparation and data encryption
  • Secure cloud backup with point‑in‑time restore
  • 24‑hour priority support while traveling — across time zones
  • Emergency replacement device sourcing and overnight delivery
  • Data and credential restoration on any new device
  • Travel router and eSIM provisioning for private connectivity
  • Border‑crossing device hygiene (clean‑slate travel profiles)
  • Remote wipe of lost or stolen hardware, within minutes

Device & Endpoint
Management

Core Service All Users
Fig. 03 · Inventory MOBILE PERSONAL SHARED WEARABLE 01 02 03 31 devices, catalogued

A household with two adults and two teenagers can easily have 30+ connected devices. Each one needs care.

Laptops, phones, tablets, desktops, e-readers, gaming consoles, smartwatches. Each needs updates, security, backup, and occasionally, someone to call when it stops working at the worst possible time.

We treat every device in your household as a managed endpoint. That means proactive patching, automated backups, security monitoring, and a single point of contact for support — by call, text, or email. No more Googling error messages or waiting in line at the Genius Bar.

What's included

  • Device inventory and lifecycle tracking
  • OS and application updates
  • Automated cloud and local backup
  • Endpoint security (antivirus, EDR)
  • New device setup and data migration
  • Priority support — call, text, or email
  • Vendor coordination (Apple, Dell, etc.)
  • Annual hardware refresh recommendations

Privacy &
Digital Security

Core Service High Priority
Fig. 04 · Posture PERIMETER NETWORK ENDPOINT IDENTITY Four concentric layers, quietly monitored

The more visible you are, the larger your attack surface — and the more personal the stakes.

High-net-worth individuals and their families face targeted phishing, social engineering, data broker exposure, and credential theft at rates far above the general population. Most don't find out until it's too late.

We build a security posture around your household the same way we would around a company — because the risks are comparable, but the stakes are personal. This isn't consumer-grade antivirus. It's a layered program designed around your specific profile and risk tolerance.

What's included

  • Personal threat assessment
  • Password vault deployment and management
  • Multi-factor authentication across all accounts
  • Dark web and data broker monitoring
  • Encrypted email and messaging setup
  • Social media privacy audits
  • Family security awareness guidance
  • Incident response and breach remediation

Family Technology
Planning

Advisory Families
Fig. 05 · Household PRINCIPALS CHILDREN · AGE-APPROPRIATE ACCESS Technology that empowers the household

Technology decisions for children are some of the most consequential — and least supported — choices parents make.

When to give a child a phone. What access to allow. How to monitor without surveilling. How to teach digital literacy in an age-appropriate way.

We work alongside families to build a technology framework that grows with your children. It's not about restriction — it's about intentional access, appropriate guardrails, and helping your family develop a healthy relationship with the tools they'll use for the rest of their lives.

What's included

  • Age-appropriate device and access policies
  • Content filtering and parental controls
  • Screen time management frameworks
  • First-device provisioning (phones, laptops)
  • Digital literacy guidance for kids and teens
  • Social media readiness assessments
  • College-bound tech preparation
  • Annual family technology reviews

Transparent pricing,
tailored scope

Every household is different. A single professional with a condo and five devices has fundamentally different needs than a family of six across three properties. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing, and we don't believe in surprises.

After your initial consultation and technology assessment, we present a clear monthly retainer based on the scope of your environment. The retainer covers proactive management, monitoring, and priority support. Projects — like a new home build or a major system upgrade — are scoped and quoted separately.

Common Questions

Before you ask

How is this different from the "IT guy" I already call?

+

Most personal IT support is reactive — you call when something breaks, someone shows up eventually, and you hope it's fixed. We operate proactively: monitoring your environment 24/7, applying updates before they become problems, and maintaining documentation so nothing falls through the cracks. Think of it as the difference between calling a mechanic when your car breaks down versus having a team that keeps it running so it never does.

Do you work onsite or remotely?

+

Both. The vast majority of device support, security management, and monitoring happens remotely — you'll never notice we're there. For network installation and hands-on work, we come to you. We serve clients nationwide and internationally, with offices in Southern California, Phoenix, and Dallas–Fort Worth.

Is my data private?

+

Absolutely. We operate under strict confidentiality agreements. We never share client information, we use encrypted tools for all remote access, and we follow the same data handling standards we maintain for our healthcare and financial services business clients. Your privacy isn't a feature — it's foundational to how we operate.

Can you coordinate with my family office or estate manager?

+

Yes — and we often do. We integrate seamlessly with family offices, estate managers, personal assistants, and other advisory professionals. We provide regular reporting in whatever format your team prefers and participate in planning meetings as needed. Technology should be a well-managed line item, not a recurring headache.

What does onboarding look like?

+

After your initial consultation, we conduct a comprehensive technology assessment — typically 2–3 hours onsite for a single property. We document every device, network, account, and vendor relationship. From there, we present a tailored plan with clear priorities, timeline, and pricing. Most clients are fully onboarded within 2–4 weeks.
